In this article the author explains "Private finance on an international scale" countries around the world that have poor finance infrastructures are being helped by the public have private partneships (ppp). The ppp is geting help to give these servces from the UK. And geting inspiration from the US. According to the articale, the US has more cultural bias toward enterperneneurship and more ability to introduce private sector innovation into public services. Therfore, the ppp is trying to make other countries infrastructures like the US.
